| I suppose it depends on the context and the type of cape and accompanying dress employed. If I saw someone walking down the street dressed as a superhero on a random tuesday afternoon I doubt I'd be thinking hot. Now, if we're talking a cape in place of a jacket (like a cloak) then I think that's pretty cool.... sleaves suck! |

| i feel extra silly in capes. i think anyonlooks silly with a cape, lol. even when flavor flav has on that cape with a crown, it's just like "huh"??? but i think capes look more hilarious than sexy. |

the girl makes the cape not the other way around.
translation: an ugly chic in a cape is still an ugly chic, while a hot chic will stand out more and get points for being different. btw this only applies for Halloween, otherwise your a dumb goth. |
