Well I am living in the city, not just the middle of bum nowhere and the garage was open in clear view of our alley so to be honest, I'm not suprised. Actually I'm suprised it hasnt gotten stolen before now. |

| I don't know how that white kid got that NGGA PLZ plates through DMV unless someone he knew worked there. That kids an idiot, you can seriously get shot up for like that if you're parked in the hood and some black dudes pass by and see a white kid step out of a car with those plates. |
