How to report indecent spam?

There's this guy 'Domarmenshlo43' going about posting links to some ed up 'pissing babies' site. Stupid me sees a link and clicks it without properly looking at it. The video never worked properly and thank because the name of the site suggests.. don't wanna go there.
Anyway, I don't know what mods are around right now but I feel it's kinda urgent to delete this guys posts. So what's the best thing to do?
