OK, look in the thread above which is a sticky, and gives u all the info you need.
Oh and there r other ways of getting attention. Not the best way too do it mate :) |

And with that attitude you wont get any. Look at the sticky at the top of the chill out forum, ie here. All the info in there. I said it the first time. Look on the first page. If you r not clever enough to work that out, then i cant help you. It is clearly described in there! |

Lame lame lame, some ppl on this forum are genuine when they try to help ppl who have addictions and want to break them, some ppl with addictions on here have got great help from members of TA.
Show some respect and and btw learn to read, that's why there is sticky threads on commonly asked questions like the sigs
