if you saved somthing for a year to give to your gf. nothing big, but a small peice of paper that you saved for a year that held some kind of significance to you and your gf, and 5 days before you go to give it to her, your parents throw it out because theyr'e moving and they're cleaning out the house.
it was in my desk drawr for a year. thats the only place it was. a year. same spot. always checked on it. i yelled at my mother, and pucnhed a hole in the wall.
them, i hate them...why would they throw out a peice of paper inmy desk.
i'm going to bed.

As with any symbol, the concept behind the symbol is what is truly important, not the symbol, itself.
I can imagine this being no different when it is a concept shared between two people who can hopefully come to terms with the significance of such a symbol rather than the material form of such a symbol. |
