-Aches
-Coughing up yellow/green .

-constricted breathing once in a while
-all around feeling like pure .

I don't know about something specific for all of them , but I do know certain things for some that I use and work. All bodies are different so they may not work for you.
-Aches- A5.35, hot/warm bath, frozen pea bags (just don't eat the peas after), magic bags, massage.
-Coughing up yellow/green . Go to the DR.
-Cold sweat flashes. ?
-sinus pressure. Medicine, allergy stuff 9if applicable)
-feeling weak. Sleep, relaxation, eat
-constricted breathing once in a while.?
-all around feeling like pure . Get checked. Sometimes you may have symptoms of something that us beyond your control and it's better to get checked than to suffer. |

Oh I totally agree with you. I have an idea of what i have. Either a sinus infection or mycoplasma...which is a bacteria that can be very hard to kill, and can turn into pneumonia. I've had it like, 5 times over the past 2 years, and once it sent me to the hospital for double pneumonia and bronchitus. I went to my college campus' clinic and one of their doctors in a nutshell was like: "lawls youre a here's some cough syrup and quit being a bitch". They also gave me an inhailer to use for when my breathing got a bit tighter than normal. So I wake up the next day (yesterday) and I couldn't talk and could hardly breath and ached pretty bad. Today i felt better in the morning but my sinuses are killing me and im gettin the sweats n all that jazz. I'm going back to the clinic tomorrow to see a different doctor for a 2nd opinion and try and get a doctors note because the last one refused...and i cant really afford many absences at this point. ty. I need some more vitamin c and I gotta force myself to eat considering I don't feel like eating. Blek. |

One of my roomies had a thermometer and conveniently cant find it since i've been sick god damnit. The other day when i went to the clinic i didn't, but since then i've felt a bit worse and have felt hot at times, so im guessing my temp has spiked once in a while, but nothing constant. |

Well, no fever means it's very improbable you have any sort of treatable bacterial infection. It's probably viral then, which means you don't have much in the way of treatment options, besides treating the symptoms.
For the sinuses/congestion and pain, you'll have to ask the pharmacist, but look for something that contains pseudoephedrine. The newer decongestants, containing phenylephrine are completely ineffective. You should be able to find something with either Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Advil (ibuprofen) with it. The pseudoephedrine is the most important though, and you can always add Tylenol or Advil to it. That combination of decongestant/pain reliever will probably make you feel much better. If your cough is productive, than do nothing, as the cough is doing what it's supposed to do. If you're not bringing anything up, but you feel your chest is congested, you can take something containing guaifenesin.
In any case, fluids and rest are the best. If you spike a consistent fever or begin experiencing severe stiffness, especially in the neck, see your doctor. |

Lots of Vitamin C, chicken soup (good remedy, trust me) last resort:
Squeeze 3 limes in a cup, drop a spoonful of salt, throw in in microwave for 20 seconds or until warm, then sip it..
Do that for 3 days once a day...talk to me then.. :) |

increase intake of vitamin c reduces the duration of your cold by one day.
drink lots of fluids, water, juice(orange, apple, cranberry)
dress appropriately
sleep. |
