Why cant i get into the Chat room?

I enter the chat room and there is no-one in there!!
When it says there is like 27 users, i got my mate to go in aswell, he got in fine....

u ussing the java chat or mirc??? if your not using mirc go get it. the chat server is irc.webchat.org
