I need to figure out how to create a substance, that is a mushy...playdoh type thing, but when exposed to air (or water, doesn't really matter) it becomes stiff, like a rubber material within 15-45 seconds.

i remember we did something in chem in highschool
you mixed a bunch of crap, and it turned into a solid block, but once your hand touched it it became all gooie and stuff.... you let it go and it became solid again.
