It will be my 21st and I expect over 20 people. So, I was thinking either a party at my house or a restaurant (there's food, drinks and ty music to dance to. It will probably cost me upwards of $700). I could also do it at my house, but I will inevitably be stuck with cleaning up the mess. Besides, house parties seem to be a bit ty, because a lot of times people would just sit around and not do much. However, this will be quite a bit cheaper. I'm also not sure what to do about music. I could DJ myself, but I would want to mingle with guests/girls. What say you?
