Yes it certainly is not. But if a Crimson Tide player moved to Arkansas, effect would be the same. He would once again raise the IQ in both states! The Ozark boys tend to diminish and smother whatever Bill may have for smarts based on sheer numbers. Inbreeding may have something to do with it.
