I lost my "too young" grandma from heart failure, in october...I was devastated and couldn't focus much for a long time...She asked me to pick some beautiful blue flowers some days before she died, and to put them in a string on my wall because they were the flowers which would go into thistle state...right now those thistels mean so much too me.

Well I never grieved in front of friends when I lost my grandma...but I dont know how it is to loose a ma...I can imagine it's 10x more devastating.

lost my grand father this summer, past away the day i was supposed to get on the plane to go visit them. didn't go to the wake, hate the ing idea of it

my best friends dad died of lung cancer early this year, was a great guy, known him since i was little

lost one of my best friends 2 months ago to a car crash, some ukrainian was passing another car in a no pass lane, friend was stationary on the intersection, other guy lost control, cut the car right in the driver side. passenger who was driving with my friend lost a testicle (no joke)

lost another friend to the war last year

been an interesting year or so to say the least
