If you have acne, pimples and then it's because you enjoy milk in your cereal and grilled cheese sandwiches, creams, like with bagels, sour cream. God. Just everything that comes from those hormone filled cows that get ed for their milks. It affects everyone of any age; if you consume even a little you will get a blemish.
This also goes for eggs. eggs.

It's the growth hormones inside of the dairy products that aid in swelling. Drinking organic is just fine...
There's little evidence to support a linking between diet and acne. BUT growth hormones, pesticides, etc. are another thing. |
