Any of you know any other groups/artists that make music in the style of this video minus the vocals? Also, what genre would it be considered?

Heh, this belongs in the Music discussion forum but Ill post a sensible reply anyway. I would recommend Diane Arkentstone and Enya. The genre specific to this artist(Delerium[my favorite group of it]) is Ambient. Delerium follows that of a Dark Ambient in most of their tunes.

Thanks for the reply though. I will check that out. I got the Enya discog a while ago, but I want stuff without vocals mostly. It is good music to chill to. Especially on a drive home after partying the weekend away. I have the Delirium discog also. I need to listen to more of it. I discovered this track on there actually and just love the instrumental stuff in this track. I wish there was a dub.

OMG tell me about it! One time I got called racist against black people but the mother ing Ishkur himself because I casually accused Timberland of stealing trance elements. And he did. And look at American pop music now. It's all watered down slow house and trance. Even Britney Spears makes trance now and it actually sounds good. I was the mother ing right. Oh I sound like PDD now.
