im cooking a goose here...question?
the goose weights 4500grams.. but for every half kilo i have to cook for 15mins.so can somebody tell me what 4500grans is in kilo's! :) |

simple way is to change it to per 500g not 450g. then multiply until there, this time, 9, then add a few more minutes afterwards. voila. |

well i cooked it for 1hr 35mins and it was cooked just rite... if i had left it in for 2hr 15mins it would have been burned it a cinder you dummy.. |
