Anyone and everyone has done it. Sending a weather baloon with a camera into 'space' is a very popular DIY task. BTW, 18 miles up isn't space.
There's a British team of students who are planning to launch a weather baloon and once it reaches its highest point, it will launch a rocket that will go into space. Now, that's impressive. |
