Thats one of my favourite scenes ever. The only problem is when you have a manager that really takes it to heart and acts just like that guy, meanwhile hes a complete idiot who coudnt even close a door to save his life so that you have to wonder how exactly did he get his job. Fine, expect that that the people that are working for you are capable of ding their job, but if youre going to be an about it you better be god damned sure yo know how to do it as well :whip:

Totally agree. That speech, in the real world, is next to ing useless and damn near impossible for someone who's actually competent at what they do, to live up to - in terms of really being entitled to say those words, in that way.
I've worked under chefs and some other managers, both competent and incompetent, who acted like that, so I know the feeling.
