And why? I know it's a cliché but in my opinion it is Westvleteren 12. I think it's an amazing beer with an amazing story. For a beer of it's size it is eminently drinkable with superb body and complex flavour. It is often thought to be a beer that benefits from age but I find it underrated while young.
