Avatar confusion or repressed homosexuality ?

I decided to start this thread after reading the "flag" thread. I find this even more confusing than the flags. A lot of people put pics of buxom lasses in their sigs, and thats understandable as an expression of a fairly standard heterosexual tendency. What is more difficult to explain is the abundance of guys with chicks in their avatar. From what I understand an avatar is supposed to be a person that you identify with, or who represents values you identify with. Given this, it seems there's an interesting trend around here of guys who feel some similarity or likeness to attractive women with large breasts.
PS - Well I suppose I have heard people link gay culture to the rave/electronic music scene
PPS - Not that there's anything wrong with that. |

Hey, there are some really cool signs with girls... there's this australian lad who has a girl with wings in his sign and it looks really mint, you know? :)
We can't generalise, however, I don't like when blokes use girls both in their avatar and sign - we never know whether they're male or female :rolleyes:
I guess the avatar must show "who you are" while signs can also show "what you like" :p |
