At first, I'd like to say Hi to ya all. I've been lurking on this forum for a while listening to the tracks you post and reading a thing or two. I decided to register and post this message as a way to say Thank you!

But, to the point. Some of you make music and I know how hard is to get an inspiration or something which will add some spice to your tunes. Here is a list of my favs in terms of downloading new sounds and playing around with them. Have a nice meal :D

http://www.soundbible.com - the title tells it all
http://www.freesound.org - a large repository of free (Creative Commons mainly) sounds. Sometimes weird, sometimes amazing. It's like a treasure chest
http://www.philharmonia.co.uk/explore/sound_samples - sampled instruments of London Philharmonic Orchestra
http://www.lucidsamples.com - large amount (ca. 1GB) of free samples + good shop with electronic music dedicated sample packs
https://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=42 - sample section of a great audio forum. Numerous topics with further list
http://freemusicarchive.org/ whole free tunes/songs
http://sampleswap.org/filebrowser-n...8c1da2bb520dfa4 another sample repository
https://samplefocus.com/ - pretty new, but already nice online sample library. Right now it is free, you can upload new and download existing samples there

I think that is it for now as far as I can remember. What are your sources of samples?

I have been trying to stay away from samples for the past few months however..
Imho one of the best sample pack groups out right now is Cymatics.
They are just killing it
Richard Butler
Thanks I've been after some nature samples lately and didn't know where to go

Are they? Don't they just do the weird harsh dubstep/bigroom bull?
