I wish the Novation Peak had a keyboard, I still want to buy it though - will have to shift my Dominion 1 over to the side to make room
Also want to get a Push 2 this summer perhaps and give it a shot
Looking forward to seeing what NAMM 2018 throws up

Thinking about MPC Live or another Elektron device.
Possibly a workstation master synth of sorts and an external mixer.
Want to be able to work less in the computer and not depend on reason as much, but do more live jammin techno banging.
However time is the biggest issue for me.
Learning new tools isnt as easy anymore (if it ever was).
I think i can hardly call anything here as gas.
I think Live/Push is a far more useful learning curve than Elektron. You really, really have to get into the Elektron workflow to get the best out of them.
Live 10 has brought some significant workflow enhancements for me. Lots of little things, but they add up.
I'm looking forward to seeing how badly Waldorf have ed up the OS on the Quantum. Hopefully.....it'll work first time.

Have I bollocks, no ing chance. I want it to be good.....
I have the Live 10 beta and I love it. Nothing is revolutionary, but some of the workflow enhancements are a big deal.

ok that sounds promising, Im locked into Live now ive been using it too long
was watching some Peak demos last night, definitely getting one unless something else pops up at NAMM, just a matter of whereabouts to put as space kinda limited
this guy is funny :D and does a mean demo
tehlord
Yeah he does really nice demos, not the usual 'can this do sounds from a million years ago' nonsense.
I do like the Peak too, but I feel it's a little too much money, despite the genuinely exciting digital oscillator section. I'm kinda bummed they married it with the BS2 filter as I never really got on with it.

I accidentally just bought a Microkorg Platinum that was on sale for a silly price (£249).
I've always fancied one, but never got round to buying one.

That's actually a pretty great deal. Look forward to hearing lots of vocoded noodling :toothless

I'll probably do something really boring like make a couple of videos and a soundset for it, then sell it. :p
