Paypal! i need help please!

ok heres the go i need help with paypal. Im getting money sent to me but the person is not that sure about it. He signed up entered the $ and pressed sent but paypal comes up asking for the member # but he just joined and it dosent send the $. what i wanna know is their anyway that he can send it while not having his user #?
the funny thing is i havent entered my user # but yet im still
allowed to send/recieve $ whats the go? |

| well there isnt user #. The person just has to click on "send money" then enter your email and the amount. Then if they have funds in their paypal account, it will take money from it. Otherwise, paypal will give them an option weather to use the other (savings, checking, creditcard) that they have stored. |

| I did this recently so I know. When you first join up you have to activate the full options of your account by entering your "member-number" which pops up on your credit card statement next to the $.25 or whatever that they deduct as a deposit. Youonly have to do this once, when you first join up. You're just gonna have to wait for the number to appear on this dude's online credit card statement. |
