When i heard the sample it really makes me think of Mojado, especially the track El Tercer Ojo.

The sample is much more down Tempo, maybe a Mr. Sam remix of it?
Vocals also sound like in other works of Mojado.

I emailed the people over at Sasha's website and they told me to go to Sasha's global underground forums. The tracklist at that forum did exist, but they had the same track unidentified although I did get a clear sample:

I have just read this post, i dont log onto the site very often.. im certain i can ID this track for you because my brother in Law is close friends with Sasha and i am spending some time with them both next week.
I will ask Sasha to ID it and then this can be laid to rest.
