Actually, technically yes. The supplements (at least the legal ones) are just essentially concentrated forms of protein. You could get the same thing from eating large quantities of meat, nuts, etc. Unless there's some natural estrogen supplement you could take, they are quite different.

I guess you don't know that everyone has estrogen in their bodies as well. And if you were to get your crotch kicked in by an angry tranny wearing stilettos, your testosterone levels might change too, or if you eat a lot of soy, fenugreek, red clover, etc, etc. So the answer is yes, there are natural estrogen supplements, and no, there is no difference between someone who changes their body either way.

Also, look up 'gynecomastia'.

Right, but there's quite a leap from using protein to build "unnatural" (What is a natural amount of muscle?), and eating a lot of soy to become a woman. Yes, they may change your testosterone/estrogen levels a bit, but not to the extent that you're seeking.

I just thought that analogy was a bit weak is all. There's only a certain extent that taking protein supplements can make you build muscle. To go further, you need some sort of HGH, anabolic steroids, etc. Much the same way as you could raise your estrogen levels to a certain extent by eating a lot of soy, but it's not going to turn you into a woman.

The fact is, you can't do what you're trying to do without medical procedures and hormone therapy. There's no au naturale means to change yourself from a man to a woman (in the sexual sense, not gender).

And what about the fact that not all transgender people take hormones? Or have surgeries.

Some people don't take hormones but get breast implants. Some transmen wear 'packers' and get mascectomies. Some cis-men have masectomies too, to treat their "natural" gynecomastia.

The point is you're equivocating, and there are culturally common forms of physical transition, and there are culturally uncommon and tabboo forms of physical transition. One is considered more natural than the other simply because one upholds the order of the world, and the other is critical.
