Yeah, I might be able to make it up for lawrence, I'll let you know. I scheduled myself until 9 that evening, but I can save time by not showering if your cat is gonna give me a bath

Yeah, I manage a sports facility down here, but I don't have quite as much authority as I would like. The owner keeps a pretty tight grip on things.
Actually, I might just take that Saturday off. I've got a friend that lives in Akron that I haven't seen in a while. If I can get a hold of her, I will head up there for the day on Saturday and then over to Cleveland for CL. I dont think I could convince her to go, but it will at least break up the day/trip. Will let you know.

Good to hear Ferry's coming back to Cleveland. I'll definitely be there... though it'll be hard to top Ferry/Oakey at Moda a few years back.

I'm getting psyched about Christopher Lawrence tonight. Should be a great night.

yesss! if i had a clue what you looked like i'd say hi tonight.

I hope that tonight there'll be a bigger turn out than last night. The club was almost empty for KT. On the bright side, his set was great because he played less of the commercial stuff. It was more on a proggy side - just the way I like it.

i almost crashed my car driving across the street from work last night...the ice/snow was no joke so it wasnt worth trying to make it downtown. thats probably why it was pretty empty. who wants to drive in the snow? behh

oh please. you must have really shitty tires, because we had no problems getting there. Besides, it was well worth the drive.

There we go XD I've changed my av -that's us. Feel free to say hello. Anyway there should be a good turnout tonight I'd say. I've been looking forward to this show for a while now and I don't think I'm alone. There may not be tons of EDM fans in Cleveland but this is the type of show that does seem to attract everyone.

So are you guys looking forward to anything in particular? I love that Audio Junkies track that CL has been playing lately. Of the little vocal he's got in his mixes I know that he's been playing Shah Feat. Adrina Thorpe, Who Will Find Me? which is a great tune.

Posted by DPetey81 on Mar-22-2008 23:11:

<<<---- yeah, look for that guy. I'm grabbin dinner and drinks here in Akron before heading over to Cleveland. Check your pm if you get a chance ammora. Gotta go.....

See you all there!

Posted by AMMORA on Mar-23-2008 15:49:

well as of last night, my WMC week officially began and i'm not even in miami yet.
Christopher Lawrence killed it.

B.A.D. ASS. & Jam Solid Productions present:

May Daze 3

Friday May 9, 2008
Metropolis Night Club
Cleveland OH,

May Daze the original was the beginning of an era, it started as just a small party in a little venue with Pleasure Head spinning to a crowd of 200+. May Daze 2 the second installment catered to a crowd of 400 with Angel Alanis, The Brigade, and Nino Anthony on the decks. This year comes the combined efforts of B.A.D. ASS. & Jam Solid, and they have set the stage for a massive event, one of epic proportions.

This year May Daze 3 has 4 rooms of sound and lights, 5 international headliners, 21 supporting artists from Ohio and the 5 surrounding states. Electro, Live PA, DNB, Breaks, House, Dubstep, Techno, Hardcore, you asked for it, you begged for it, and we are bringing it. An event that caters to all, an event that will grab you and pull you in every direction, an event will bring you back and take you forward. Will you be there or will you miss out, the decision is yours.

We give to you:

D:Fuse- Los Angeles CA.- "BRING THE DRUMS"

DJ/Drummer/Producer/Musician D:Fuse has long been hailed one of the top DJs of North America delivering an energy-filled performance of DJing and live drumming. He was voted in the top 15 Progressive DJs in America by the BPM magazine readers poll and listed in the top 40 DJs in all of America in the DJ Times Poll. Hes been featured on the cover of Urb, Remix, & M8 magazines. As a producer, his tracks have been hammered by Sasha, Digweed, Oakenfold, Danny Teneglia, The Scumfrog, Danny Howells, Carl Cox, Hernan Cattaneo and Paul Van Dyk to name a few. His sound has helped define a new edge in Big Room Progressive and House with hits like Bodyshock, She Rides, Feel, Living The Dream, Everything With You & countless remixes. Now D:Fuse ventures even further in a team-up with producer Mike Hiratzka. Their new album Skyline Lounge blurs the line of House & Down tempo with a myriad of live instrumentation and vocal collaborations. Join D:Fuse one night only for a DJ/Drum performance featuring exclusive club remixes from Skyline Lounge. This is a night you wont forget. Listen to D:Fuses music now at http://www.beatport.com/dfuse

Tech Itch United Kingdom- DRUM N BASS

Labeled by his fans as "The Dark Don of Drum and Bass," Technical Itch has infiltrated the masses worldwide with his dark sound for over a decade. Technical Itch is easily one of the most sought-after and heralded producers in the game. He is the most in-demand DJ on Anger Management's roster, playing nearly every weekend in the UK and Europe, along with frequent tours throughout the United States. With all this under his belt, Technical Itch is seriously one to reckon with for years to come.

Atomic Babies - New York City- 100% Live Pa
Techno/Breaks/Acid/Trance

Atomic Babies started out when Joey Jupiter started cranking out hard acid tracks in the early 90s in his parent's basement. Since those days Atomic Babies has toured the world headlining the live PA sounds he developed in that same basement at everything from dirty warehouse parties with secrete map points to mega one off events with 10,000 plus, to the pretentious New York, LA and Chicago night clubs. Joey Jupiter & The Germ joined forced to bring this legendary Live Act back on it's feet with their passion for hardware and devotion to the scene, this duo will stop at nothing to bring the vacant dance floors back from the dead.

Aaron Simpson- Seattle Washington- DRUM N BASS
Aaron Simpson is a force to be reckoned with in the world of Drum and Bass. Since 1999, Simpson has been honing his craft and preparing himself for the bright future he is destined to have. With numerous mixed CDs under his belt, and recent production work receiving massive support, Aaron's journey is just beginning.

Wilhelm K- Detroit MI.

Wilhelm K's sound can be described as funky, driving and sometimes dark sounding house and techno. His sets have moved thousands of ravers and party goers coast to coast. Wilhelm got his start in 1991dj'ing and throwing his own events. As rave culture developed in the U.S. Wilhelm became one of the 1st promoters to expose that culture to upper New York. By 1994 Wilhelm was playing all over the northeast. Moving to the Midwest in 1996 Wilhelm's career began to grow. His legendary "Get" parties changed the central Midwest scene. Get Freaky "Too" Sequel to Get Freaky) is one of the Midwest's most legendary events, with people still talking about it 10 years after it happened. Getting into production in 1996 through Drivetrain(owner of Soiree records in Detroit) Wilhelm began releasing tracks. Starting his own label D-Version in 2000 Wilhelm started to get notice on an international level having tracks licensed by Ministry Of Sound. His releases with Frankie Bones, Cari Lekebusch, Gene Hunt, and others lead to Wilhelm becoming one of the Midwest's most in demand djs. Headlining events coast to coast with acts like Josh Wink, Green Velvet, Run Dmc, Moby, Q-Bert, Derrick Carter, Mark Farina, Derrick May, Dave Clarke, and countless others.
