Fridays are better @ Uniun. Manzone & Strong are the residents. Last weekend was my first time there since opening night actually. I like the room a lot more than Rebel because it has more of a warehouse look than the over the top flashy Vegas style of Rebel.
The music @ Rebel is a complete write off unless you're in Noir (Sat nights), which M&S are also residents for.
Thanks for the info.
Will check out Uniun sometime.
Damn shame about Rebel.

Just back to check on the whole boob thing again...
wow...my account is still active here...
Retirement home
Goddamn...I joined this forum 20 years ago! All hail the mighty Swamper for keeping it going all this time and giving me a chance to relive just a few moments from that glorious time (even if it does feel like a million years ago).
We all got older and have mortage/rent black holes? lol
Also hello oldschoolers and new. I still go out occasionally as well but it's not as often (what's up Kotsy!)
Married... With child (just one so far). And she's about to turn one!
outgrew/lost access to my old cringe username (BrownGino4Life or BrownTA4Life)
got into to producing music. my 15 minutes was a track I produced for Chicane a few albums ago. Never meet your heroes folks.
got married a few months ago, starting a family.
Hope you are all well. The only other TA i've kept in touch with is Porky.
(WOW, my ID still works!)
Marriage and kids happened, for sure. DJing with the Vital gang had its time. Producing tracks proved difficult for me, even though I had a few low-profile releases it was awesome to see that through.
Luckily I keep my setup assembled at home for when tracks must be heard and to teach the kids early
Covid lockdowns have spurred a lot of nostalgia trips form me ... Damn I miss hitting the quality nightclubs that used to exist for some delicious beats.

I just randomly thought of this place today. I can't believe I remember my username and password.
Now a bald old man in Calgary
WHAT'S UP MUTHAFUCKAS!?!
How did I miss this?! 5 years late. Was feeling nostalgically plur this morning and thought I'd take a peek.
Hiiiiie! (Seeing these emojis again brings back so much joy)
Still the same dino-clown-duck hybrid. Still religiously into the tunes and will occasionally tear up a dancefloor. Ran into Del at a classic 90s jam last year and tried to recruit him into my foreskin mafia.
wooooooooooooooooooooooo
I found an old Youtube playlist of some DDTT (mostly Superchumbo) from forever ago and my 2 year old daughter is LOVING IT.
Hi everybody.
Wassup, beotchezzzzzzzzzz?
Insanely huge longshot and almost certainly inappropriate but I'm trying to remember a track where it's some flat female vocals and she's like "and I gave him a pill just to eat me" or something similar.
Halp

Hey Guys long time! Three children, 4 marriages, 2 published best selling books and a ballon d'or.
Finding like-minded trance music fans can be a bit more challenging these days, but there are still ways to connect. Consider checking out social media groups or pages dedicated to trance music in the Toronto area. Facebook, Reddit, and even Instagram might have specific groups or communities. Also, look for local music forums or websites that focus on the Toronto music scene. Event platforms like Eventbrite or Meetup might have specific events or groups for trance music enthusiasts. Attending local trance events or shows, even if they're smaller than before, is another great way to meet fans. Remember, the community might be more spread out now, but there are definitely others out there who share your passion!
