nou the trail to the bottom is closed, has been for about a year according to the sign/local people, wont open for a bit. the only other way down is some private club on the other side. even then i wasnt that interested in the falls to waste my time, my grandma had always wanted to go there with my grandpa so my dad and i took her there to spread some ashes


edit: god those whites are so blown out in that picture its actually frustrating me to look at it

anyone here have experience scanning in 35mm or med format b/w negatives for print? My darkroom is not up and running yet and i am getting impatient. I have an Epson v500 photo scanner, just not sure how to optimize the quality.

I have no idea but I've thought about getting a film scanner for a long time. There are a bunch of preserved negatives from my dead uncle (killed himself when he was in his 20s) that I'd like to digitally preserve and make some new prints of (he was pretty talented).

Also like to preserve all the negatives from the photos of my parents took of my brother and I and the rest of our family growing up.

i had actually forgot i had a graffiti wall in the basement of my house in denver. I used to repaint that thing daily, that was all before i finished the basement

have you ever really tried to graf in a house? You'll wind up dead from the fumes. I am not even kidding. You never had a graffiti wall unless you used magic marker which in that case was tagging and not actually graffing.

you are talking to a guy who graffiti'd for close to 7 yrs of his life.

No she did... The fumes might actually explain some stuff though now that I think about it...

I actually did ill show pics when I get home from dinner with parents. I was into graffiti up until the whole crew got busted in ine night. The one night I stayedhome. After that we were all really big in magnet mafia and would spray magnets downstairs.

My basement had 3 large box fans blowing out the window and up until we finished the basement I qas able to close off the basement conpletely from upstairs. We all wore masks

Fuuuuck so many photos to offload, sort, and process. That party was rockin. Got a lot of good photos of people dancing. Used my telephoto the whole time. Got a lot of good shots.

Only problem is all my batteries are dead and my card reader sucks balls. I need a new/better CF reader.

I hate sorting photos, so I've started taking less. Or keeping less and being really anal about the quality. I probably keep 1 in 100 photos nowadays.

Yea I probably publish about 1 in 20-30 or so.

I love using my telephoto for close up shots. I am excited to get into them. There were a lot of really attractive people of both sexes there dancing like crazy so it was really fun to shoot. Plus the weather was amazing!
