ok, well i think the "Ohio TA's" thread has failed to be stickied... so will a mod sticky this one?

pattbateman was that you at cloud9 last night? i thought i saw you (well actually, 2 or 3 people from metropolis) but before i could make a fool of myself and yell "hey, bateman!" you guys left. anyhow i met a few other people i saw at metro too and i recruited them to become TA's. let the circle grow!

i only live like 30 mins away from cleveland, but i'm not downtown too much. i went to cloud 9 to see KT on sat. he went until 3 also until they were kicking us out and telling us to go home. trust me, i was well aware deviant was throwing down @ abasso at the same time

as it looks right now i don't think KT will be back until the first saturday of next month, so until then i have no excuse to get my ass out to abasso one of these weekends! i was saying that a bunch of people there on saturday i recognized from NYE, so i am trying to get a group of us together to party. still haven't been to abasso, but i'm excited to check it out. just trying to get a few peeps to come along, ya know... i really don't know anyone around the area except the people i've met in these last few weeks, so i end up rolling solo out to these things for now cheers~

haaha i know but i realize all the work you as promoters and the DJ's also put into the scene here, and even though i haven't gotten into the circuit as far as DJing is concerned, I will support everyone here as best as I can! Its a give and get world, right... see you soon (saturday??)

haha... the only person who had a number was tribu... he has "#0002" in his location box, so i left him there. i just wrote the rest out in a nonchalant manner roughly according to registration dates. its too bad i changed my name cos now i look like a nooble even though i've been here since early 2003. anyways, was a list already made at some point...?

well here's the deal: we won't get an ohio thread stickied (or even considered for it) unless there is a decent amount of responses and it is clear that there is a bunch of us active in the area. so cmon now, post up Ohio TA's. if a bunch of you have left ohio i'll just revise the list. anyone going to mix @ abasso on saturday? i have a feeling once spring and summer rolls around we should be getting a few big names in cleveland, i can't wait!

if i don't hear from TA's #10-#17 by the end of this week, i'll remove them and osuracnaes you'll be bumped up to #10. this is only because i think a bunch of them were in the area for college and may have left ohio by now. cheers~

I know 3 of us where @ Cloud 9 w/ KT. Some of you should come introduce yourselves next time. KT rocked it nicely too.Cant wait for March... fun times!

no, no beanies that was prolly Michael Mellon whom is the promoter for KT and we work for him. Really nice guy.

There was 3 of us there. A tall linky guy dancing a fool infront of the DJ booth, a like 6'0 ish guy with red brown messy styled hair (I think he was sporting a purple shirt) and his friend.

We'll be at the next one again for sure and let you know where to find us (I'm the only girl of the group)

if i make it out in march i'll be in rough shape... i have to be back in akron around 5am after the gig, but hell its worth it

yeah that's Michael Mellon from Tru. He's also responsible for the Darude show, NYE, Icey ect ect

I'm light on time and Columbus is, unfortunately, light on good shows.

I am hoping to catch Armin in Detroit, but damn thats a long drive...

Oh, and barring a major setback, I plan on checking out KT on 5 Mar 05 - someone show me a decent hotel nearby cuz there's no way I'm going to drive all the way back immediately after~

you are talking about armin 3-31 in detroit? damn if cleveland was on the way for you i'd say stop by here and i'd hit it up too.

anyways i am going to try to make it to KT again also, you should really come out, the place is small but its pretty neat. last time was a lot of fun... lol i got drill that weekend so its gunna be tough but i'll just struggle through sunday, i'd say come stay at my place but i'm probly going to have to drive back to akron and sleep in my car at the unit or else i know i'll never make it out there on time...

Heh, I have drill the 2nd weekend of March in Coshocton/Dover. Change of command and all that jazz.

Definitely want to make it up there...I'm starving for a good live show ever since Oakenfold provided a kickass set last time he was in C-bus. digitallyimported.com is great but sometimes one needs to crowd, the atmosphere 'in your face'.

tru tru... come see KT! it was pretty packed last go round but since its small its really cool cos you can boogie down right in front of KT

and phuture i forgot to ask whenever you see this is the open tables @ wish still happening? i want to make it out to spin but i'll have to request off work one of these tuesdays so i can hit it up

Open tables at Wish on Tuesdays still going on. My buddy goes just about every week and I try to make it out when I can.

I put in for my days off for 5-6 Mar (for KT in the Land of Cleves) and 31 Mar-1 Apr (for Armin in Detroit)...and since I maintain good standing with the management, I dont see any problems with approval.

Anyone else hitting Cloud 9 this first weekend in March?
