fucking awesome. I love this tune, maybe bit more perc filtered n stuff, make kick bit more solid in the mix , maybe more strings n stuff to. Break is how i approached it in my blankets of white tune, respect for that, does take abit of guts to bring it down quite minimal when its just beeps

love it mate. Would give more in-depth approach but i just havent got the kit to do so atm :S

remixes spots avalible?, prog is what am best at iam told so if u wanna hear some remixes am here lol :P

extremely good work hawk wanna see more like this, reminds me of hydroid a little.

Thanks for the nice feedback silverstone...
I know the bass/kick should be adjusted and mastered a bit better... I might do that, we'll see....

Anyone else?

sounding pretty nice.. percs and bass is spot on.. but those melodies sounds a little too bright and high... especially when they are played alone.. try making them more laidback pherhaps.. i think ur really on to something.. but those leads playing alone doesnt please my ears...but after a few listens it doesnt sound that bad, it sounds tight when the bass is introduced..

original synths chosen, ill give u that..

Laidback stuff.. Which label is releasing it?

Posted by Hawk L on Apr-04-2005 11:04:

I am currently just sending it around... so it isn't signed yet What label would this suit u think?

Posted by IDarkISwordI on Apr-04-2005 12:58:

Hey. Extremely awesome tune. Very much like Whiteroom and A&B. If you still havent been signed, I'd love to talk business with you. ([email protected])

Cheers,
Zac

Hehe, sorry Haak Never intended to "take" your name...

Hawk is just the name friends have called me for several years, and foreign people can never spell "Hkon" right so...
I hope no-one will confuse us though, we're not in the same style

Hope you all like my tune though... Anyone got some recommendation to where I should send this(what label)?

k just listened to it, impressive in terms of overall element allighnment, but since your clap is so basic, and the way it looks, you need to make it more tek style, the tempo is too slow for my like anyways, (i am more psy/hard core type)

Party Hat

very nice schulzy music, great work!

This is indeed the kind of music Markus Schulz would like I'd guess. Too bad the sample stops as soon as you are into the break. Altohough I bet not a whole lot extra is going to happen after the break but except for the kick, percussion and the nice pulsating bass.

But this track really fits the Armada label and is the kind of track Armin van Buuren tends to put on the more progressive cd of the State of Trance series, so you could send it to Armadamusic: www.armadamusic.nl , on this site you could find an address for demo's.

Good luck mate! Even though I am not very much into this trancy style, I did enjoy your track a lot with the good sound and deep atmosphere.

Cheers,

Nomen Nescio

i'd try and get the kick to come through that bassline more, could use a bit more definition

I think it is a lovely laidback track. Well balanced. I find the bell lead sound a bit too digital and harsh sounding: might be better of if you cut some of the highs and/or filter it?

Good stuff Hawk!

Thanks alot for the great feedback!

There are some adjustments that should be made, but stupid me, I've already sent it around to some labels.... Not many replies from them though, but I guess they get loads of stuff every day...

Really, really great to get all this nice feedback. And I think I will do some adjustments in it later on...
Check out my other tracks aswell on hawkmusic.nu

Good tune, though the break is a bit boring, you didn't bring anything new in it.

Would like to hear more.

Good luck
