Heya mate.

listening

0.22 Heart beat highs. Freaky pads. ...the drums go with it.
1.16 bass drum enters. it's a Very deep BD.
2.00 ......dark trance.
lack of bass. needs more bass.
2.38 BD fades away ....2.51 Oh I see. Interesting. It doesnt seem to have much emotional drive. The highs are fantastic & I do like the air pipes too.
4.00 mids sounds good together here.
4.55 tribal shit going on.
5.26 fades to nothing for a sec?
5.45
7.00 Tribal Percs are good.
7.30 The rhthym goes all over the place. But my mind is going with the flow. I can trance away with this. The bass drum could be changed to a sharper type. There are some mid grumpy/distorted pads in there that im not sure about & think you should revise

Sorry mate; I dont have much critism on this.

Xeno.

First of all: Wow, nice!
I'm loving every single moment of this track. You are very good at composing dark and enchanting melodies, which I dig so much . This one is maybe your masterpiece. Great!
- Awesome ambience FXes, definately teleporting me into the eye of the vortex. Love this deep stormey howling.
- At first the bass drum seems slightly weak but I'm starting to get used to it. In fact, I'm diggin it more and more, it just fits so well with the tribal beat. You could try to apply some compression on the kick to make this more club compatible.
- At 2:51 the heights are imo a bit too dominating. The synths could go a bit deeper.
- Again great breakdown, nice ambience. The track is gathering its strength. The beat is awesome. Maybe the bongo type percs could use a bit more dynamics but that might be a subjective impression.
- 8:00. I'm enchanted. Shivers running down my spine. This is too good. I tell you why - It's this kind of whining background pad together with the melody. But that paaaad so beautiful!

Awesome work, could use some more midrange in some parts, but apart from that its amazing. Keep it up!

The hats could be a bit more defined when the synths come in. As is, they sound more like artifacts of mp3 compression than hats.

I dunno. The sounds are all pro again, but I'm still lacking the underlying drive. It may be what Xeno said; you may need some more bass. Something should keep punching me on each sixteenth note to up that energy.

I love the flute in there, really nice sample....
The melodic chord progressions in the break are nice, but don't seem to continue once the beats are re-introduced. 7:20 something comes back in... The pads are nice, just need a bit more release and little less attack... The best part of the song is your percussion sounds and tribal feel. I like some of the chords, but the main melody instrumentation doesn't give the track the drive it deserves...
Overall great track, could use a bit of work but sounds good...

Hmmm that has me thinking... I got two layers of different bass types in the track playing together, wouldn't another bass clutter the track?

I tried adding volume to the existing basses but it distorts the whole track, so, that is not an option, and the classic Kick , Bass , Kick , Bass, would make it sound cheesy and simple.

What'd you suggest?

Thank you all for the comments, I really appreciate it!
