An Excel formula question for you.

I need an Excel formula that shows this...

Basically, I need to know the percentage of increase from Dec. 31, 2003 to Dec. 31, 2004.

In 2003, the value is $1,006,623 (Assume that this is in column C6.)
In 2004, the value is $1,309,328 (Assume that this is in column D6.)

What I need to do is come up with a formula to calculate the percentage of increase from 2003 to 2004 so that I can project the percentage of increase for 2005 based on the change from 2003 to 2004. (Assuming that the percentage stays the same.)

Anyone?
