cant find a certain website

Afternoon all,

There is a website that allows you to enter your own text into it and then it produces a picture based on what you typed, for example, an arrivals board at an airport; a magazine cover or a traffic board. see below..(ignore my blacking out)

anyone got any clue what website my friend used?
