Wow, I like this a lot.

Wow, awesome mix!

I like the psy-trance... better than those trance-songs with boring or annoying female voice-samples in it!

Astral Projection speeds it up!!

Anyone ever seen these guys at a live PA - how much do they throw on ADAT and how much is produced with live circuits? I mean respect to Astral Projection either way, I'm just curious what ratio of these awesome tunes are live vs. sequenced.

Good gad the track @ 51:51... chills *straight* down my spine, BIG thanks to Swamper for sharing this one.

Tight set ! ... despite
a) not much mixing happening
b) FLANGE ! FLANGE FLANGE ! ... hehe, that effect just makes me cringe everytime.

Yea. Goa is back. With a vengeance ... MUAHAHAHA.

Hmm.
After listening to this, I have the urge to go for a Heineken ... I don't know why ... hmmmm ... weird.

OMG! The track starting at 51 minutes is absolutely AMAZING! I'm just sitting here listening to it for the first time with the biggest smile on my face waving my hands in the air like an e-tard...

Anyways, I got sidetracked by that track, cuz I was starting to make a post just to let you all know that supposedly most of the tracks in this mix are new Astral Projection tracks that will be on their new album which should be released sometime this summer (hopefully).

I found the following tracklisting posted on the forums at www.psynews.org
For those of you who don't have it yet, it's currently available for download right here on this site in the LIVE SETS section.

Date: 03-08-2002
Bitrate: 192
Time: 10 tracks, 82:23
MB: 113
Ripper: Unknown
=========================================
1. (00:00) Lotus Of Life
2. (08:30) The Void

All tracks except for 5, 6 and 8 appear to be new AP tracks to be released sometime this year, prolly this summer. Track #7 Born On Earth is an AMAZING track that would even fit well into any Uplifting/Epic Trance set. Can't wait for that one to be released.

If you like this set and it's unlike most trance you were previously familiar with then you have discovered the world of Goa/Psy Trance. Go to the net's largest resource for psy trance info at www.psynews.org and especially check out the Goa Reviews section and the forums.
