Hey All,
I have a bit of a problem with native instruments komplete 4, I can't activate the damn thing and they aren't replying to my emails, I sent one to them over a week ago and still no reply (i sent another 4 days ago), so I came here to see if anyone had any ideas. The problem is that komplete 4 says its activated but when you expnd the komplete four tab in the service center, it shows the individual products still unactivated. It only occurs with the products from komplete 3. I had komplete 3 working fine, then got shipped 4 and am having problems, it occurs on more that one computer too. Has anyone had similar problems? How do you think I should deal with this?

Its just annoying because its on my holidays when I was trying to work, and now I dont have three quarters of my synths, and no drum machine or sampler! My entire holidays are going to go by without me having got anything done

go to the site and get the number from their contact.hopefully they have a 1800 number that you can call.

Ah two excellent ideas. To be honest I had thought about sueing them before, but it may be a little extreme Good idea to call them though, I managed to get the things to work for 30 days (so until the end of my holidays at least) so hopefully they'll get back to me before then.
