Need a CD with normal club trance (no chill-out****)

I just listened to Tiesto - In Search of Sunrise 6, and fell asleep in my chair.

Can anyone recommend some normal mixed CDs that won't make me fall asleep? I need some good club trance with a banging beat

wow, that must have been a real hard question (pun intended)

Try and find some releases from artists you like, or compilations with your favourite artists on it.

John O'Callaghan?
Menno de Jong? (no, really!)

buy the new Armin Van Buuren mix-CD (Universal Religion 3) at the end of the month.

Yeah go on beatport, search for your favorite artist. Find a mixed CD and preview the tracks to see if they are sleepy or not.

Simply post some samples of tracks you consider not to be sleepy. Your chance of getting answers will raise.

I don't have "favorite artists" because I don't listen to trance

but I know when I saw Tiesto he was pumping out some hard beats, that's what I want.

actually you can't preview all tracks on a compilation up on beatport, only a part of the mix.

yah. free mix here: http://mixes.thetrancearena.com/Joh...ix_PFAgency.mp3

it's not particularly great but there are a few nice tracks on there (platitude & far away come to mind)

check out the 'live as..' series as well. here's one of them: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Live-As-Mix...w/dp/B000INAWQQ

Could be a lot of people.....
Look out for artists on the discover label -

John O Callaghan
John Askew
Dave Scarbrough
Thomas Bronzwaer

If you want something hard, I think the Eddie Halliwells BOSH Cd's are just the thing your looking for.
If you want something even harder, take a look at the goodgreef albums.
