i don't subscribe but i do pick up stuff like the wisden cricketer, cricinfo, mbuk (mountain biking) and such from time to time. Mostly when I have a flight coming up, they make airport waiting times drop significantly when you have something to read.

I used to have 20+ subscriptions when I lived in the US, anywhere from signage design, to it management, to business and global affairs, logistics, geek stuff etc
