Edm Scene
I got into the scene when I first listened to Tiesto's In My Memory album and my first edm party was at the Docks in December 2003. It was amazing and since that I've been completely involved as well as joining TA in 2004.
Although I like all types of music, I've always loved EDM more and have always enjoyed the unique party experience which makes it so tempting.
How did you first get into the EDM scene? What was the first rave/edm party you went to? What did you experience...etc?
Are you seriously starting another one of these threads? 
1994 in a Farmer's field in thunder bay....don't remember what I experienced...other then really drunk and having sex with some skinny white woman.
after shooting up on some heroin, i saw jesus and he told me about a better way. jesus' name was tiesto. i was 12.

i popped 3 pills, heard deadmau5 and never looked back..thats how i got hooked..now i do the same thing in daily doses

it was the day I farted while sitting on a garbage can that was laying on its side. It was a real tear-ass rattler. At the same time, a bus drove past & in that moment the deep rumbling bass produced by the engine noise, combined with rattle from my wind, and I finally understood drum & bass. While that was still resonating in my mind, a souped up Honda CRX flew past with the un ce un ce un ce going, with the driver leaning out the window screaming how Tiesto was God's gift to the world.
Well, I couldn't just sit there anymore (I had to find a bathroom afterall). So after the bathroom break, I headed over to HMV & bought everything that Tiesto ever did. Then I signed up for this forum board.
That was last week.
Man.... I love edm.

nice, real nice; probably one of the main reasons why I avoid meeting most TOTAs at the guv or other venues.
Don't get me wrong; some of the TAs i've met are alright i.e. Sentinal etc...
