So many good parties in the next couple months

What are you most looking forward to?

Dubfire,Squillace Valentine/family day is my main one

Angello(Guv),Fanciulli(FW), Sultan(TIL) Coyu & imbernon(FW) Contact (Guv) Swedish House Mafia NYC (M2)

I read today Above & Beyond is @ Pure in Buffalo... kind of weird to see that

Posted by barbina on Jan-14-2010 10:31:

why so surprised? Buffalo has been on fire lately!
Ceballos, Sean Tyas, Victor Calderone, Robbie Rivera .. and now A&B .. go B-lo!

Family Day and Martinez Bros on the 23rd are at the top of my list right now

I know it's been on fire but world class talent in that little club, the edm scene isn't really big there im told, Torontonians are the high % of the crowd no?

Posted by jsibilin on Jan-14-2010 11:16:

Toronto needs more booty bass !

I might make to to Buffalo, my aunt & uncle live in Fort Erie

Posted by barbina on Jan-14-2010 11:16:

Pure is FAR from small I'd compare it to Fly
Buffalo's scene is growing.. we do get a lot of appearances from Toronto's finest .. but we do have a sick crowd of regulars keeping things flowing

Matthias Tanzmann @ Cobra
Nic Fanciulli @ Footwork
Seth Troxler @ Footwork

I am debating if I will come to Nic or Victor. The weekend is huge so I need to figure it out.

Well said Barb. Buffalo is def on fire right now and Factory Nightlife is to thank. There are a bunch of us regulars at all of the events...the number keeps growing as more and more people get to know the music.

Parties I would be excited for if I could attend:

Coyu & Imbernon
Victor Calderone
Nic Fanciulli
Love MUSIC v.1

The only weekend I will be able to come up is Feb 13-15...def excited for that! Buffalo's own Nate Howell will be opening the Acid Lounge on Feb 13

omg fanciulli...

i have a feeling that i am going to miss out on so many good parties in 2010

I'm pretty hype that Ashley Wallbridge is coming in April. How big is vola tho? Someone said on another thread trance is kind of a big room feel and I agree. I guess the Ronski Party will answer many of these questions. But I wouldn t mind seeing some of these events moved to a bigger venue. I'm sure it can be pulled of on a Friday.

Posted by Big Boss on Jan-14-2010 18:42:

Disappointed that David Morales and Victor Calderone are on the same night. Two Brooklyn and house music legends throwing it down...

I dont think Vola's size was ever an issue. Its very cozy like someones basement but it has amazing sound and by the looks of it can probably host 300-350 ppl.

Personally, I am ecstatic that trance is back at Vola... all 3 of their trance events last year were superb!

yeah seriously.
do we really need a thread in this forum to give promoters the opportunity to spam their events? the event forum is already enough.

Posted by ChemEnhanced on Jan-14-2010 19:08:

I will kill another kitty

Posted by Pure Trance Prd on Jan-14-2010 19:12:

im not going to spam anything... just let the people post... leave the events to the place where they belong!!!

Can fit up to 500 packed. However, 400 is the perfect size with room to dance.

Vola is more of an intimate venue where people can get close and interact with the dj's. The sound system is also pretty good.

Okay enough spamming lol
