[Balearic Trance] Nightshift - Sunset Lullaby (Original Mix)

A moody balearic trance track with a rather huge twist

Nightshift - Sunset Lullaby (Original Mix) [320kbps @ Soundcloud]

Let me know how you feel

Very exciting to see something melodic from you again! Nice beachy tune here with some very Roger Shah qualities at work. I love a good bongo and you did them very well

What was the 'huge twist'? After reading that I kept wondering whether you were going to introduce the nice sweet melody and then yank it away but you didn't lol. Nice work!

Quality work, great choice of sounds, atmospheric reverb and well mixed.

Only critisism is the mix seemed to lack a bit of energy/punch/pump.

Solid track man, everything feels nicely together with nice instrument sounds. Another good production from you man.

Well done and keep the music coming.

Cheers

at 55 seconds i feel it is kinda weird how the drum loop just stops. but if you like it that way i'm not about to complain

still this is absolutely brilliant mate. I love the overall atmosphere, groove, melodies, and drive of this track. basically everything it is very beautiful thats the only word i can use to describe it. i could picture this being played out at arena gigs no doubt. any chance i could try a remix for fun

Nice track, good mix, let the summer begin.

thank you all for the replies!

@novastorm: i thought it would be a huge twist kinda flowing from a moody atmosphere into and uplifting one lol

@tehlord: I might go back in and do something but im not sure yet, i sent it off to Magic Island and if they wnat me to change anything i will.

@Artois: I do have a midi remix pack, that i will release sometime in the near future, I will PM you with it when the time comes around

@Audio Scum: seriously! let the summer begin!

Purely a personal preference thing

The track rocks

listening, very sublime. has a housey edge, very cool.

this is an epic track, i would of loved if it stayed on track with the intro/outro. although the melodic break and post is superb, i wouldnt want to see it in here. could i suggest you do a deeper darker less complex remix? i would really enjoy it a lot.

but this is all my personal ideas, your track is really good. and sorry if it seems like im trying to change it.

I might act on it while its still not picked up yet we will see, great suggestion though! thanks for your input

and @tehlord, yeah i feel ya, but i think the bass can have a little boost around 80hz, i feel its sitting in a nice spot just maybe lacking a bit of lower harmonics.
