Beatport art and tagging problems

Up until today, all my previous tracks purchased from Beatport automatically updated with album art etc.

Latest order has no art or album or genre tags.
E-mailed Beatport but that was about as much use as a fart in a spacesuit?

Any help appreciated.

I know if you import it in to itunes it will usually try to find the artwork and other details.
