Howdy,

Recently the bots have been getting out of control so I had to rate limit requests to the forums based on IP. I got it about 98% right, but a few peeps got blocked for 24 hours since it was turned on (in the past few days) so I'm loosening it up a bit.

If you get to a warning page - you've hit the trigger
