Jester Give me your best theory on the nature of time

I have been given to think a lot about this question due to experience. Over the course of many years I have had many so-called precognitive dreams. I had to ask myself - if these moments already exist in an archetypal, or informational form, ahead of the coalescing curve of Now -how can cause-and-effect be primary ? - it must be secondary.
I have come to believe that time is a retrocausal function of a higher plane of existence - whereby we experience outcome or purpose as a process, which operates through discrete chains of novelty, and probability; where potential realities collapse in favour of the most (or occasionally the least) probable outcome.

That being said, Lira,
I still don't think Iran will win the World Cup, but I don't know much about soccer.

What are you trying to say man?

Im pretty sure we invented time and its base value has to do with the speed of light.

That being said this concept is irrelevant to sharks

It's relative, stupid.

Lost in the middle of a desert in northwestern Nevada

High on psychedelics surrounded by thousands of dancing humans from all walks of life

The question, the theory, the answer

I am found.

To go and basically copy such an infantile play on words from Pimp My Ride himself, who did it a decade before, and better, is... Embarrassing. You'd expect more from such a group of "indie masterminds" or whatever. As far as I'm concerned, the only time anyone from Living Legends had a shine to them, was when they featured on a Zion I record (RIP Baba Zumbi).

Rofl...um, do you KNOW hip hop? Copying others is literally one of the bedrocks of the genre. It's mostly a form of respect, a way for rappers to pay homage to their predecessors/influences/peers.

It's been done so many times by so many artists I wouldn't even know where to start, personally. But have have you never heard Mobb Deep lyrics used or referenced by, almost every rapper?? Mos Def? Nas? Mac Miller? Binary Star? Off the top of my head.

Why don't you go and copy the H.N.I.C. and choke on an egg, poser!!!

Not to mention they're both West Coast legends. I've no doubt Xzibit doesn't have a problem with it.

Posted by JEO on Jun-11-2026 14:07:

Wigga I never meant Xzibit would have a problem with it. I don't even remember the last time I've made a post on here where my nuanced and careful attempts at humor would have actually come through. I thought the Pimp My Ride part would've done it, but no.

It is? I didn't know that. I don't really listen to black music.

You can stop backpedaling. I'm not gonna flame you lol.

Posted by JEO on Jun-11-2026 14:15:

You can "flame" me if you want lol. There's no backpedaling going on here. I don't know hip hop. If anything, I'm interested in your knowledge on the subject. The homage/referencing/copying stuff, I genuinely did not know that.

What? Come on. Well it fully reads as sarcasm lol.

Another topical tune to keep this thread on track

Dammit, I want to paint a wall of text, but I spent my downtime on the World Cup

Well, their odds of winning are the same as South Korea's. If I think that is enough to pave Hwang In-beom's path to glory, then I can't also conclude that Iran are going to bomb at the World Cup, can I?

Wait, of course, I can. Leave it to time to give me the justification I'll need

I'm saying we're 4D printers reading print files from a higher causal plane
