VIDEO: DJ Darroo presents Dropzone @ The Basement
This was a most excellent night for hard hitting Trance! DARROO along with JELLYBEANZ, BOOMER, HANS STEINENBERG and RENO BRAVO brought the energy that made me come back to the clubbing scene many years back. We need more events like this !!!
With this one I was able to overlay the tracks I recorded separately with my laptop hooked up to the DJ's equipment! Awesome sound FTW !!!

listened to some of the tunes, not bad. But it would be way too hard to dance to for any period of time.
I skipped through the video, and started to think that the only people at the club were the DJs, but then I saw a small snippit of the crowd. Maybe more crowd shots next time?

To tell you the truth, this was definitely a LATE crowd. They only started coming in with numbers after 1AM... very much an after hours crowd. I stopped recording video at about 2am, but stayed till 4am still recording the tracks. The tunes were really good to me. Back in the day (about 7-8 years ago) I was really into hard trance. Small venues, yes, but ppl were dancing for hours on end. The hard trance is harder to find these days in anything bigger than a small venue. I think I might play what I recorded this Friday night on GrooveENERGY.

Ill be honest! there was 250 ppl in the club! ppl bought advanced tickets but didnt make it for some reason???? I think due to cold weather, expect a bigger crowd In march and summer dates!
