I made my own clipper VST plugin, perhaps you'd like to test it :)

KlipKl�r - Free clipping VST3 plugin

KlipKl�r is designed to be a straightforward and free-to-use clipping plugin to control your dynamic range and increase loudness. KlipKl�r's name comes from wordplay on the Dutch saying "klip-en-klaar". In English this saying translates to something being "absolutely clear". Secondly, when translating loosely it could also mean "Clip, and done". As such the concept revolves around simplicity and clipping. Set the clipping ceiling, aaaaaand you're done!

I would love to hear some feedback if you have any. I still have some minor improvements to process if I can find the time...

Just for the fun of it. I have a bit of a programming background and always wanted to do this at least once . If I'm feeling up to it I might do another one. But first I still need to update this one to meet the Steinberg contract (I used their software development kit to build the VST).

I updated the OP. It's a 64-bit VST3, windows only. Which is quite relevant to whether or not you can use it.

I�m 100% Mac now, so I can�t test it, but congrats - that�s a pretty cool accomplishment!

Storyteller would be a cool name for a full DAW�just saying
