The curtain has closed on two of Peter Gatien's nightclubs, as the State Liquor Authority voted Wednesday to revoke the liquor licenses for The Limelight and The Tunnel. The agency cited disorderly conduct in October of 1992 as reason to pull the licenses. Back in May, a state judge ruled the Liquor Authority could pull the licenses, saying Gatien was unfit to have them. The city has also been trying to shut down the clubs for other allegations, including drug dealing and underage drinking. Gatien's lawyer says his client should not be punished for something that happened nearly 10 years ago. In his words, it's "simply stupid." Gatien plans to appeal Wednesday's decision.

what the F is this man....now we got like no clubs in nyc now...just great...i do not go to vinyl so...only crap im left with is EXIT now...

the only thing I am concerned with is WHERE THE HELL IS GATECRASHER GONNA GO ?!?

Ok well....clubs in NYC suck ASS ANYWAY! THE CROWD,THE MUSIC AND THE DJS ALL SUCK ASS!!!!!!!!!Unless of course there is some exclusive party or euro DJ coming to town...which is not all to often.
Too bad for limelight though....I mean seriously, where are they going to have GATECRASHER NOW? AND WHERE IS PVD GOING TO HIT NOW THAT TWILO IS SHUT?!?! *IN THE METRO AREA THAT IS*
