Saving Windows Media Livestreams & Feeds

Anybody know what the best programs are to save live video and audio streams (.wvx etc.) other than just screen capturing methods (for video's then)?

Try Net Transport, I used it to download all the episodes of 'De Grootste Belg' a while ago

And if it's .ASF, you can try ASFRecorder, which has worked perfectly for me in the past.
