Help me program this Eric Prydz Arpeggio Sound

I am trying to learn how to program synths and I am trying to figure out how to make the Arpeggio sound from the 'Eric Prydz - Proper Education' track. I think I have gotten close but there still are some differences between the original one and the one I created in V-Station. I chose 1 Sinewave OSC, Filter fully Open with no Resonance, slight delay in Attack and a short release. The arpeggio is in an up pattern for 1 Octave. The notes I am hitting are D,E,F,C,D. I hope you guys can help me.

Here is the original example: [[ LINK REMOVED ]]

Here is my attempt with V-Station: [[ LINK REMOVED ]]

I think i've got the sound for you. But your arpeggio is a little off. Its not a straight up. It bounces around a little bit. Anyways, try out this patch and see if its what you're looking for.
I shortened the release, turned down the gate time on the arpeggiator, turned down the reverb, turned down the feedback on the delay, turned up the delay volume, turned up the resonance, lowered the cutoff, turned up the distortion in the filter, and most importantly i turned up the compression in the distortion FX section. Hope this helps.

Edit: if you want, you can try turning on OSC 2 with the same sine wav an octave lower at a volume of no more than 20, but i dont think it really needs it.

Thanks for the help guys. Enigmatic your attempt sounds much closer. I think its more about the pattern now.

DJ: Can you explain what you mean by the same notes off beat?
Here are the notes I did in piano roll:

personally, i dont hear it playing an octave lower in the sample. i think that what you are hearing is just the delay. i think that if you figure out the pattern you should have it.
