I may be a bit biased but you can check out our packs at the link in my signature. Otherwise Loopmasters is a cool place that distributes a lot of label's libraries.
There are very few sample libraries which I really like. And I found all of them over there (exclusively). I bought 2 from equinox a couple of months ago but they were kind of disappointing.
If less is more think about how much more more would be.

Those are the first two that come to mind for me.
A big +1 for Wave Alchemy - quality samples, all original (i.e., not ripped from existing sources), derived from many unique instruments, and incredible prices.
ResonantVibes has some very good deals - keep an eye out here or get on their email list if possible because they run 50% sales on a fairly regular basis (about bi-monthly).
Big Fish Audio is another place that has a huge assortment of samples, but they're generally a little more expensive. If you find something you like there, shop around a bit and you can sometimes find their products cheaper than buying direct.
Also might want to ask which sample CD make the best stuff...
Zero G, Loopmasters, Ueuberschall, Akai make some quality stuff.
Maybe others here know good ones...
