idk what happened but i couldn't update my soundcloud file on the last post so im reposting it. and thanks for the feedback tehlord i was having trouble with the vox i updated it though let me know what you think.

I took another listen and without comparing it to the old mix i'd say the vocal samples certainly don't interfere as much as they did before. I still would have sat them back a bit more if I was mixing it but we're well into the world of personal preference now!

Still a nice moody mix.

thank you mate. the main issue i am having with the vocals is the quality rate at which i got the rip. its very grainy and low quality. i will work on my vox mix downs though

I think that sometimes the grainy quality can be used well as an effect almost. Choose the right reverb and delay and it adds to the atmosphere.

Perhaps use a seperate reverb (if you're not already) and delay for the vocal and make them both very wide. Perhaps keeping the vocal dead centre but the effects on the vocals panned left and right.

Vocals are always the trickiest parts to mix

hey man, nice elements you have here.

i really liked the intro, and after the build i was expecting something more harder and edgier to make the dancefloor go nuts.

Different but likable, simple but beautiful - nice job man, well done.

I agree with tehlord about reverb on the vocal - would add completely different feel to this track.

Thanks for the feedback. I had tried adding more reverb and putting it back but i felt that i was unable to hear the vocals well enough at that point. I am about to finish up one more track though for my ep and I am also looking for remixers on model of my mind for release . It has been picking up some solid support so far from Estiva, Kenneth Thomas, Max Demand, & more . Also was featured in this mix http://www.pure-people.blogspot.com...sive-vol-2.html
