Cool Moonman

Where has Ferry gone. He's already produced and remixed at least 10 tracks this summer, just about all under new aliases! Where has Moonman gone, After the success of "Galaxia" which was released on the single "Don't Be Afraid" pressed on vinyl, last Millennium! So really where has this alias gone? We Want MOONMAN !!!. And yet there is no Moonman website even though its one of his oldest known Alias!

"Galaxia" was originally released in 1996 and so was "Don't Be Afraid". Moonman is really an old alias of his, I don't think he uses it any more!

Cool

Going back even furthur than Galaxia and Don't Be Afraid is First Light which sounds a lot like Don't Be Afraid. That song is so early it sounds like Ferry has used an organ in it! DL 2 see what I mean!

I've just listened to all 3 Moonman tunes in the past 1/4 hour and wish he would produce some new Moonman stuff, from in the style of when Trance was beginning to take off and so many more songs then were top quality.

Galaxia 2000 (Solar Stone Remix) kicks ass !!! I want to hear more stuff from Albion....after air I haven't seen anything else except a few remixes....what's the deal with that Corsten ? Gawd knows that System F hasn't produced anything spectacular recently...Soul on Soul anyone (LOL).

It's time corsten started doing what he does best....produce uplifting trance tunes

Cool

other stuff from albion includes:

luxoria
terminate (tubular bells melody)
kamaya painters - endless wave (albion remix)

there is more but you can look for yorself at hmv what the tites are then get some of them off audiogalaxy, i think albion - air 2000 is the only one that you can get that is in pressing because they are all tunes from last millennium.

I have "First Light" already and it sounds similar to his early Moonman remixes. TYou should check out these tracks if you don't have them already:

Chiara "Nowhere To Run" (Moonman Mix) - Really great early Moonman Mix
Future Breeze "How Much Can You Take?" (Moonman Mix)
PF Project "Choose Life" (Moonman Mix)
DiscoDroids "Energy" (Moonman MIx)

I have the Marc Et Claude "La" remix and it's great. I just looked at his discography and saw Marc Et Claude "Ne" (Moonman's Flashover Mix)? Does this exist or is it a mistake. If it exists could anyone who has it up it to my Myplay locker as I can't find it in Napster. If anything's possible PM me for lockerr details!

Dude, that's exactly what he's doing at the moment! Check out this new Ferry productions:

East West - The Love I Lost
Eon - Pocket Damage
Funk Einsatz - My Dance (I think this is Ferry also)

Remixes:

Evoke - Arms Of Loren (Ferry Corsten Vocal Mix)
Evoke - Arms Of Loren (Ferry Corsten Dub Mix)

He's also made a remix of two new Ayumi Hamasaki tunes and one of Roger Goodes' "In The Beginning", which I haven't heard yet. So don't complain at Ferry, he's producing and remixing great tracks like he's always been doing!

The whole point of this friend was to mention that Ferry has produced totally different stuff recently and that many people think this year has been a disappointing year for trance - me included. I just want for some of the trance producers to go back a year or two and produce trance in the best way they can, in the hope trance will go back to its best with songs of the calibre of gouryella, airwave, and beachball. Can we settle for anything less?
