This is the one alright, though i got the Aggregat one. dunno if this the original artist.

Aggregat = DJ Taucher
Aggregat - Flussig was released from Scuba, which is Taucher's label. Later he changed the name back to Taucher. In addition to the one you posted, there seems to be a vocal mix, but I haven't seen it anywhere.
